Hey friends! It's great to see you all again. Today I'm taking over MWOA to share the art of food styling and food photography with you! You'd probably think I'm kidding if I told you that styling food can be more difficult than photographing a toddler, but it's true! Finding the right surface without creating too much distraction, getting the right light, and creating the proper lines in the image setup can be incredibly overwhelming... but have no fear! I've got 3 styling tips to make your food photos stand out. You are going to look like a professional photographer before you know it. All you need is a camera (I use my iPhone, my Fuji, and ... Welcome To The Motherhood
This last week as I was browsing the internet (#igetmynewsfromfacebook) I came across an article about Chrissy Teigen (anybody else obsessed) and her husband getting out to dinner just weeks after their precious daughter was born. I thought to myself "Good for them" while waiting for the page to load and then to my horror realized it was a post SHAMING her for daring to go out and leave her daughter with someone else. So basically what I'm saying is I have almost two year old hobbyist hobbits ... READ MORE >>

One thing I know is always a sure bet is a sensory table. You can change them up weekly with water, sand, water beads, scissors and paper, and so much more so I thought that Tanner Manor needed a sensory table to add to our summer fun. Problem is that sensory tables are kind of pricey. The local teacher supply ... READ MORE >>
Inside Out Reese’s Poke Cake
It has been a festive week around our parts ! Yesterday we celebrated my husbands 37th birthday. This man is the peanut butter to my chocolate and we are so blessed to call him ours. With our schedules being insane we decided to run to dinner after all of our activities but I still had to do something to make him feel special. The key to this mans heart is sweets but more specifically chocolate peanut butter cups. The girls and I decided to create something of our own and what we came up with is one of the most amazing desserts I have ever eaten in my life, an Inside Out Reese's Poke Cake! You guys this cake is moist, ... READ MORE >>
