Mama’s of children with allergies you HAVE to try these cookies! This dairy free cookie recipe has quickly become a favorite in our family. We recently discovered that my oldest daughter has a very severe dairy allergy. This has been a big change for her and not getting to enjoy some of her favorite foods is definitely proving to be hard on her. She mostly misses chocolate and cookies. So, being the mom that I am and wanting to fix all problems I got to work! And guess what, these cookies did not disappoint. What’s not to love about chewy chocolate goodness?

Dairy Free and Gluten Free Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2/3 Cups Hershey's Cocoa Powder
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl whisk cocoa powder, salt and powdered sugar together. Add vanilla and slowly whisk in egg whites. Batter will be thick almost like a brownie mix. Gently fold in all chocolate chips. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cookie batter onto cookie sheet. Be sure to leave enough room between each cookie for spreading. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Let cool and gently remove from parchment paper. Enjoy!
