So while some of the world has moved straight from Halloween to Christmas, there still is another Holiday upon us. Thanksgiving as of late seems to get the short end of the holiday stick, but we promise to at least commit a week or two to the day of thanks before moving on to the most wonderful time of year.
Thanksgiving means so many things to me, and some of my favorite childhood memories revolve around Thanksgiving. Growing up, we didn’t have any relatives in Texas and so each Thanksgiving we would travel to my grandparents house in Birmingham and enjoy a week with family and friends, eating until we wanted to pop and watching some Alabama Football {Roll Tide}. My grandma, aunt and cousins always made things so fun for us and as I have grown and started my own family, I enjoy incorporating fun activities and crafts and recipes into our Thanksgiving traditions. We have some yearly staples, but I also love finding new things to incorporate.
Here is a little round up of 10 Thanksgiving activities that are sure to be kid approved.
